Sr. Trina and I shared many home visits as well as saying the rosary in Abington Arms chapel with our residents . She loved to cook and we would have conversations of all that she did in her many years in the kitchen !
In her latter years as she was slowing down , she actually loved to watch dancing with the stars . we would get together on those nights , and it was really fun to watch Sr.Trina enjoy herself ….I will miss you Sr. Trina …..Love You , Mary

    Dear Sr. Josetta,

I was so sorry to hear of Sr. Trina’s passing. She brought such joy to our lives. She would come to the Little Rock Scripture Study classes at Holy Rosary and share convent kitchen stories with us. We would be in stitches with tears in our eyes. I always thought it would have been great for her to be the nun with a cooking show on the Food Network. I’m sure she’s making them laugh in Heaven! We will miss her.

    Dear Sr. Josetta,

I am so sorry for your loss. I know how you two were not just familial sisters but community sisters.
I remember when I visited you and your mom with Sr. Trina all those years ago. I will never forget her, all the years in the boarding school kitchen or getting to know you and your mom. Trina ALWAYS managed to send a card and note at Christmas. I was so glad to be able to attend her 50th jubilee!
God Bless and be with you and your fellow sisters who are also feeling the loss of a friend and sister.
I wish I could come for the funeral, but Texas is a bit too far.
