The Sisters of Notre Dame are grateful for the many individuals and organizations that continue to partner with us in mission through the contribution of their time, talents, and/or treasure. The annual Donors Recognition Mass and Luncheon was held on Sunday, April 28 at the Sisters of Notre Dame Education Center with over 200 in attendance. The luncheon celebrated the blessing of education, in all its forms.
Sr. Margaret Gorman, SND, Provincial Superior of the Chardon Province, recognized Marilyn Rushen and her extended family who experienced this blessing when several of her grandchildren attended Julie Billiart School.
Sister Marie Manning, SND, Global Missions Coordinator, recognized the sweeping efforts of more than 80 schools and religious education programs over the last 25+ years who devoted time and resources to educating children about SND global missions and the lives of students their age in foreign lands.
Sister Janelle Stracensky, SND, was surprised with special recognition for her dedication and personalization efforts with the SND Prayer Line. Sr. Janelle has been a committed member of the SND Prayer Line for many years and remains a source of great comfort to many of the prayer line callers.
Sisters of Notre Dame are truly grateful for the blessing of so many “Partners in Mission”. Please share and celebrate these blessings with us.#SNDChardon#WhatOurSistersAreDoing
